Our finishing techniques provide increased durability, tighter tolerances, better aesthetics and improved functionality

Types of Finishing Services

Anodizing

Anodizing is one of the most important and effective surface pretreatments for metals. It is an electrochemical process used to reduce the external corrosion in metals such as aluminum and titanium. It uses a passivation electrolyte process to thicken the natural oxide layer on the surface of the metal so that it has strong resistance. Most anodized parts are durable and stable. It is easy to maintain.

Painting

Painting is a finishing process in which liquid paint is applied to the surface of an object or a workpiece. In some painting applications, heat and pressure are used to help the paint set. As the paint fuses with the object or workpiece, it creates a strong and long-lasting shell that’s able to withstand time. It offers an easy and inexpensive way to finish an object or workpiece with a protective coating.

Color Matching

When it comes to product design, color matching is a critical component that has a dramatic impact on a product’s success. Luckily, technology has made it easy to identify the abundance of hues that surround us. The process of color matching is to find and approve colors that match on-screen and off-screen. Getting the right color is a fundamental part of your branding experience.

Pad Printing

Pad printing has begun to conquer in industrial applications. Pad printing offers the manufacturers with the same, or in some cases, greater versatility as screen printing. It allows detailed images to be added to delicate, sensitive or irregularly shaped products that would be difficult or impossible to print.

Sanding

Sanding is probably the most widely used surface finishing process. It removes the materials with an abrasive sheet. Sandblasting makes full use of the abrasive properties so that it can create smoother surfaces with fewer flaws.

Blasting

Blasting is a common metal surface finishing process, where some types of abrasive media is sprayed onto the product. It is used for cleaning metal surfaces, preparing parts for additional finishes and removing rust, slag or machining scale.

Polishing

Polishing is the production of a shiny metal surface using abrasive or chemical treatments. It helps to produce metal surfaces with excellent reflective surfaces. It enables to reduce the amount of damages and provides better uniformity of deposited materials. This technique aims at removing scratches while improving the shine. Through this method, we can get a mirror-bright finished part.
